I'm back…. Physically, mentally and spiritually
I found out about Womeness in June of this year. I had suffered for years with all the symptoms. Hot flashes, nigh sweats, restless sleep, dry skin, low energy and lack of sex drive. ( my poor husband). My doctor offered to put me on a low- dose of estrogen, but didn't recommend me to be on it more than 1 year. I was so frustrated, I called my mom crying… reached out to my friends asking is anyone feeling like I am? Why is no one talking about this??? You are prepared as a young girl for your first menstrual cycle, conceiving babies, but that's it. No one prepares you for the big "M". Finally I found womaness! I started taking the supplement.
