Customer Experience Specialist
Location: 100% REMOTE - US Preferred
Position: Full-time, permanent
We're hiring! CR is seeking a passionate, full-time Customer Experience Specialist. Our customer support team is the closest line of communication between us and our customers. For this role, we are looking for someone to own the customer experience at CR, from responding to customer questions and concerns to implementing efficient systems to ensure an optimized customer experience. You will act as the brand voice and set the standards for how we interact with our community.

What You'll Do:
- Learn, understand and compose CR dialogue to effectively respond to customer inquiries
- Manage and respond to all inbound customer support questions in a timely manner
- Develop and constantly update all CX processes for maximum efficiency
- Work collaboratively with the CR team to ensure proper execution of CR's best care practices
- Ensure the most optimized FAQ and Policies are in place for seamless customer experiences
- Work collaboratively with external shipping partners toresolve issues
- Work closely with production/marketing teams to ensure the CX team is properly educated for new product releases
- Utilize external platforms to streamline and log inquiries
- Prepare monthly reports to present internally, tracking KPl's and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Customer support experience (2+ years)
- This position is a 100% remote. Our customer success organization is based out of US so we prefer someone in the US but are open to outside US applicants too.
- Self-starter, highly motivated and must thrive in a fast-growing company.
- Strong project management skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of 3rd party tools & apps: sales (exShopify), helpdesk (ex Gorgias, Zendesk), 3PL and reporting

Copywriter
Location: 100% REMOTE - US Preferred
Position: Full-time, permanent
We're hiring! CR is seeking a passionate contract or full-time Copywriter. Our marketing team is responsible for setting and executing the vision for what CR looks, feels, and sounds like in our communications, campaigns, and media. For this role, you will be responsible for writing product descriptions, digital Ad copy,SEO site copy, blog posts, emails and crafting consistent brand copy across all channels. You will own the brand voice and set the tone for how we interact with our community and beyond.

What You'll Do:
- Write copy that maintains brand consistency, serving to engage the CR consumer on all channels
- Write catchy hooks. Coming up with hooks for different avatars is a very important part of this role
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team on large and small scale projects (e.g. email marketing, landing pages,etc)
- Use your knowledge of digital media's influence onconsumer behavior to optimize copy across all socials
- Interpret creative direction from briefs into copy that converts
- Ensure quality, clarity and consistency in content and copy across all channels and assets
- Use insight and analytics to understand current performance and future opportunities
- Generate new ideas to engage our existing community andgrow our target audience to have a deeper brand loyalty and affinity
- Embrace the opportunity to guide, refine and support the CR brand narrative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in copywriting, marketing writing, or communications (2+ years)
- Self-starter, highly motivated and must thrive in a fast-growing company
- Strong grasp of social media writing and related language (hashtags, acronyms, etc)
- Experience with SEO, wellness, or beauty
