Steep 1 teaspoon of gynostemma leaves in 1 cup of hot water for 2–5 minutes. Strain and enjoy throughout the day as part of your wellness routine. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct light.
I make this as a tea and it’s deliciously sweet but not too sweet. It’s also good mixed with a little loose green tea!

1st time Gynostemma tea user. Had to get used to the taste but I discovered I used too much😉 now I drink it every day, it’s very delightful with a great taste. Unfortunately your tea is not (yet) available in the Netherlands. But I’m a big fan of your products!
